The FootMan Marries the Princess of Kashmir

I realize the title sounds like the storyline of a fairy tale, but essentially this past weekend was the new phase of Pandolfi’s life, which he hopes will become his happily ever after. Why are we talking about a second marriage, when there are so many other issues and strange events ongoing?

I’ve decided to cover the story of this marriage, because I believe when you get down to the core of personalities, and understand both the motivations and perspectives of that individual – you can discern their agenda and the reasons for their actions, even if they refuse to tell you themselves.

The Royal FootMan, the Royal Scribe and the Princess

Late last week, during another late-night research session, I was pinged via Gtalk by Ron. I’ve become accustomed to this, as over time a week, a month or several months could pass until I’m presented with a chat request from the mysterious Mr. Pandolfi. Understanding how such communications with a CIA-associated personality can set any Ufologist as an outcast in this community – even among friends and colleagues – I’m always careful about these conversations. They are all recorded, so that no one can claim I did or said something that I didn’t.

This particular conversation was not a discussion starter – it was one line, followed by an email with an attachment.

“Please review and send back with any suggested changes.”

I checked my email and sitting there was a Word document titled as a “Scroll.” Ron had already explained to me a week earlier that during his upcoming wedding to a beautiful woman from Kashmir, he would be requesting that Dan Smith read the text of a scroll, while dressed in costume.

As a courtesy, and of course because I am in the running to become the “Royal Blogger,” willing to assist the Princess in gaining publicity for her effort related to the crisis in Kashmir – I took about 20 minutes to go through the text Ron had written, and did some editing. After a few punctuation corrections and word replacements, I forwarded the file back and wished Ron luck in his new marriage. His wedding was the very next day. Check out the final version of the scroll in PDF format.

True Love Strikes the Man of Shadows

Reading through the scroll text, I discovered the circumstances surrounding how Ron and his “Princess” met, their courtship and eventual decision to marry. There were two things that became clear as I was reading through this text (and when I learned he would be having Dan read it at the reception dressed like Robin Hood).

The first was that Ron has a strange and eccentric personality – of that there is absolutely no doubt. The second is that his new bride is either just as strange and eccentric, or she welcomes and embraces eccentricity.

I chatted with her briefly one night, and she came across as an intelligent, witty and very kind woman…more interested in helping the citizens of Kashmir than any of this Ufology stuff – however, she likes Dan and she appears to follow along with the storyline. How much more she knows about Ron and his past activities than the rest of us remains an unanswered question.

You get a sense for some of the background leading up to the marriage from the following paragraph.

“The Scribe acknowledges that the Kingdom is in disarray, that the Princess has been under siege of dark forces close to the King, that she and at times the King have been banished to a dark cave, that she has been bound, fingerprinted, and nearly jailed. Those dark times have come to pass. With this marriage, the Scribe also reveals that the Royal Footman is in fact the White Knight, come to free the Princess in order to restore and complete the white magic of the Kingdom.”

Manipulating Delusional Ufology Followers

The various small blogs and forums found throughout the Internet are often used as information warfare platforms between acting powers within the not-so-secret collection of individuals many know as the “Aviary” – some of whom we now call Scammer’s Inc. However, this particular diversion follows close on the heels of the tumbling of Gordon’s RAM project.

News has it that Gordon recently suffered from a heart attack and endured a triple bipass. We can only assume that he is still in recovery – and we hope for the best outcome for this colorful personality.

The real story here isn’t so much the wedding itself – the story is the relationship between popular figures within Ufology – like Dan Smith and Gordon Novel – and the folks in the shadows who do the manipulating and dissemination of information they want the public to see.

As you watch characters like Gordon Novel, Bob Collins, Laura “Eisenhower”, and Dan Smith distribute their stories and public pronouncements of the Alien presence, Alien abductions, Secret Mars Projects, Government secrecy and cover-up, and UFO artifacts offering humanity secret technologies – you must ask yourselves, where and why these delusions are being used and manipulated. To what end and for who’s ultimate agenda?

In examining the personalities of the manipulators, rather than the manipulated – the investigators at RU are inching ever closer to a dramatic conclusion that is best represented by my favorite T.S. Eliot poem, The Hollow Men.

This is the way the world ends
This is the way the world ends
This is the way the world ends
Not with a bang but a whimper.

My condolences to die-hard Ufology believers – you will be greatly disappointed. To the rest of you – you will likely nod, shake your head in disgust and think to yourselves, It’s what I suspected all along…

So Ryan, has Ron now got you trained to where he has turned you into his personal gossip columnist? :-)

Since you continue to misrepresent my position (here, and at http://www.realityuncovered.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=1696) I need to remind you again: my only interest is in the espionage business.

As I mentioned in passing to Sarfatti (which sent him on a day long tirade!) I had written off UFOs as flying machines when I read the Condon report in 1969 and because I understood the problem of the enormous energy requirements to deform spacetime (implicit in black hole physics). And don’t let anyone tell you Sakharov’s idea was a big secret only recently rediscovered — it was published in Russian in 1967 and translated into English within a year. The Russians laid down the ground work for vacuum physics (see Lev Okun’s excellent historical account here: Spacetime and vacuum as seen from Moscow, a non-technical historical paper http://arxiv.org/pdf/hep-ph/0112031

Meanwhile, back to the topic of LME and the “Mars Mission” — the central engineering topic involved in the Mars presentations (I presented two brief paragraphs as excerpts) are about the use of nuclear powered exotic rocket engines. Similar designs were a topic of interest at STAIF, where military intelligence was involved in a botched attempt to control a certain journalist and his articles.

A similar idea is presented by Ad Astra Rocket Company http://www.adastrarocket.com/aarc/ToMars

P.S. My position on “non-locality” and the human mind is essentially the same as Michael Mensky’s (Lebedev Institute) http://arxiv.org/pdf/physics/0608309v1

“If it is assumed that consciousness may influence onto probabilities of alternatives (which is consistent in case of infinitely many Everett’s worlds), EEC explains free will, ‘probabilistic miracles’ (observing low-probability events) and decreasing entropy in the sphere of life.”

And I noticed this from Okun’s account:

Even earlier, in 1916, the “zero point energy” had been considered by W. Nernst ([24], see also [25]).

One has to wonder why in the world a CIA scientist, purported to be a Deputy Director, would spend countless hours talking to UFO believers, UFO questioners, alcoholics, mentally ill citizens and non-citizens, convicts, conartists and other main-stream-disinfranchised instead of scientists, professionals, collegues and family. It appears that Ron may indeed be something less than a Deputy Director.

Thanks Gary – doesn’t the fact that he was providing “MITRE support” as of 2002 imply that he works for MITRE and not directly for CIA or any other other USG agency? MITRE is a private non-profit organization.

    From the website:
“MITRE managers four federally funded research and development centers (FFRDCs), *partnering* with government sponsors to support their crucial operational missions.
    – Aviation System Development
    – Defense and Intelligence
    – Federal Sector Modernization
    – Homeland Security”

This would make Ron essentially a contractor, not a direct USG employee (certainly not an “Intelligence Officer”), correct? Again, does anyone have anything post 1998 that ties Ron as a direct “high-ranking” CIA employee?

Re: AD’s comment “Ron was with the ODNI/DIA as recently as 2008, not the CIA” — this is easy explained if Ron was with the National Intelligence Council as that organization was moved from under CIA leadership to the ODNI when the Director of National Intelligence position was created. The DNI replaced the CIA Director at Presidential briefings.

“The creation of the position of DNI ended the 57-year reign of the Director of Central Intelligence (DCI) as the nation’s chief intelligence officer. Throughout those 57 years, similar reorganization proposals were debated inside and outside the the intelligence community – a debate which elaborated on the pros and cons of such a change. The DNI is now the president’s primary intelligence adviser, replacing the DCI in that role, and has greater authority over budgetary and personnel decisions across the entire 15-member U.S. intelligence community than that which was possessed by the DCI.”

CIA makes assignments of employees to other agencies for brief special projects. They don’t retire them and then rehire them from one government agency to another. As far as “high ranking”, I haven’t seen anything more than a career scientist yet, has anyone? Chorlton said it best. Ron’s greatest accomplishments may only exist in his mind and Dan’s with his closest fans thinking of their own columns, rather than the facts. Gary can pretend to make 1 plus 1 equal 3, but it just isn’t so.

The truth is more than ‘sublime’ :-)

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Intelligence_Estimate

“National Intelligence Estimates (NIEs) are United States federal government documents that are the authoritative assessment of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) on intelligence related to a particular national security issue. NIEs are produced by the National Intelligence Council and express the coordinated judgments of the United States Intelligence Community, the group of 16 U.S. intelligence agencies. NIEs are classified documents prepared for policymakers.”

The fact is Ron has been associated with writing National Intelligence Estimates; as reported here:

    http://www.nytimes.com/1998/12/07/us/old-concerns-over-data-transfer-to-china-get-new-attention.html?pagewanted=1

“The worries of the scientist, Ronald Pandolfi, were not warmly received back at C.I.A. headquarters, intelligence officials now say, and the agency killed his study, called a National Intelligence Estimate. […] An agency spokesman, Bill Harlow, said the agency would not talk about Mr. Pandolfi’s experiences or the 1996 National Intelligence Estimate he wrote, because of the investigations. The classified intelligence estimate warned that the transfer of American satellite technology could contribute to China’s ballistic missile capabilities, other officials said.”

Today, the NIC has been moved to the Office of the DNI, where NIE are produced for senior policy makers (i.e. The White House):

@F. Sublime, perhaps the joke’s on you? Please show us where Mr. Pandolfi has in fact claimed to be anything other than what the available evidence supports?

[e.g. a “spy” within the Clandestine Service (NCS) arm of the CIA as opposed to a S&T Analyst (DS&T) or someone having anything “official” to do with UFOs as opposed to the “fringe” physics community]

To my knowledge, the only claim of Ron possibly being involved in clandestine services comes from Dan Smith, who alleges the NY Times ‘leak’ was deliberately orchestrated on behalf of the PtB for political reasons involving China. The naming of a CIA official writing a NIE is unusual.

Also it is important to distinguish between NIE and other kinds of intelligence reports.

NIEs are classified documents prepared for policymakers.

MITRE does not refer to an internal Air and Missile Defense Advisory Panel (AMDAP) as far as I can tell, so if anyone here is serious I suggest tracking that down first. Obviously air and missile defense would be concerned with UFOs if you define UFO as unidentified and flying in secure air space.

    Quoting Pandolfi to me:

“Obviously UFO junkies have legitimate interests. I was just wondering why several of them are interested in high-frequency gravitational waves. As best I can tell this is a US centric connection. High-frequency gravitational wave researchers in Russia, Italy, China, and elsewhere seem to have no interests in UFOs.”

I’ve been asked to provide some real world perspective on this marriage ceremony and limited gathering of family , both direct kin & extended of which I am one and was one of the select guests & acted as videographer of the event as part of my direct wedding gift to the couple.
The DVmini cassette on a Canon video-journalist’s level camcorder ( 540 lines of resolution is still broadcast standard though now sub-HD ) was only reviewed once so far by the bride & groom and her closest friend and myself as I plugged the camcorder directly into the groom’s rather large Plasma screen. a little more than a week for their recent departure for their honeymoon at National Airport in Wash.D.C. I know this because I drove the get-away car as it were and continue to care for their home & pets in their absence.
Suffice it to say that i was already well-acquainted with the Princess before she ever met Ron and the courtship’s initial ignition and had been a welcome presence at my home walking distance from the future groom’s residence and with whom I’ve come to consider a good friend and intellectual stimulant of a degree I’d not enjoyed since my years at NYIT. I believe it is safe to say that we became friends the first time the Princess introduced me to her stealth suitor and a conversation ensued that lasted near 3 hours not unlike those discussions one enjoys after hours in dorms discussing the world , and other-world’s , situation for nigh on 3 hours straight and then one realizes how much time had just flew by into the wee hours of the morning.
I thoroughly enjoyed it and said so hoping that the conversation would continue as it has to this day and probably the rest of my natural life because when I offer my friendship i tend to mate for life.
Also know that I knew an immediate kinship with the Princess the moment we met which she readily acknowledges as well. This is to say that Ron has married well and the table they set for their friends is a joy to both considering how much effort they put into every gathering resulting in a quality of the shared ideas & discussions that are a true pleasure to be a part of.

Is that the best that the Royal Pooper-Scooper can do? Hey – don’t blame me because you agreed to clean up Ron’s cat-shit and then publicly post about it, making a public fool out of yourself. I was just pointing out the obvious – it’s a typical Ron tactic.

Why don’t you stick to cleaning up cat and ferret shit and leave this stuff to the big boys?

Oh I’m dealing with a live one here. Did you even graduate high school , emotionally I mean. I hionestly feel sorry for your daughters , but they’ll ultimately rad you the riot act for your doltish immaturity when they surpass your age-level round about the 13 year mark and never look back.
Obviously you haven’t clue one all bottled up in your Matrix-fodder bubble and as obviously brain starved for oxygen. The cats are all allowed to roam free about the neighborhood. i just walk over their on break from my workstation , and glad for it , and refresh their water and poet food. But you wouldn’t know that because of the pride in your utter cluelessness.
Would love to send a copy of your response who hire you for actual writing just so they realize what they are dealing with on a supposed professional level. I guess any shit sells cuz there’s plenty of brain dead brain stems who’ll read anything and belitve it cuz they can barely write themselves let alone have an original thought. Hey but it’s great to know your target audience….
God do I pity your daughters……;-)

On the upside – at least my daughters already have better grammar and spelling than you. Thanks for trying.

Yes, at the very least. I’m almost sorry to see that that’s the low bar you take pride in. When in doubt go after grammar and spelling. Obviously that’s the best you can do.
    Pathetic beyond words.
Ron suggested i try out this site just to see what shows up on sites such as these.
You alone have confirmed that these sites are still not worth my time.
You can have the last words which i will never read because I really just couldn’t a shit.
End of transmission as I have real work to do.
