Forum theme & URL colors

OK, I believe it is Shawnna has been going in an changing link colors from the theme standard "cream"/"ivory" color to cyan using BBCode - to make them more visible.

Right now since the links are neither a distinctive color nor underlined, there is not much to clue one off that there is a link there.

Instead of mods' manually editing, this should probably be done automatically via the site theme's styles (css). That would save people editing time & make things consistent.

Two suggestions depending on which way you wanted to go.

1) use a more distinctive color for all the links - suggests something around #646CB8 sort of a slatey/grey blue.

OTOH, If you purposefully want the page to look semi-consistent (as it does now):

2) Leave the links the creamy color but underline them all the time (not just on hover), and have them change color for hover.
Is this a private fight, or can anyone join in?

While we're at it with colours and such, how about making

**Mod Edit: Pasted answer from other forum***

stand out a bit better? Not just that particular example, but all mod/admin edits/deletions? I often use asterisks myselves, but I think an "official colour" would be nice.
