Video of Living Breathing Space Alien

Postby Inconceivable » Thu May 29, 2008 11:33 pm

This made the front page of the Drudge Report. A link to the Rocky Mountain News about an alien video news event tomorrow in Denver. It kind of makes me want my own cute little 4' blinking pet alien. This will absolutely be all over the news tomorrow. Oh, and the film is absolutely authentic. An unnamed film school instructor said so.

Phone home: Purported UFO video to be shown Friday

A video that purportedly shows a living, breathing space alien will be shown to the news media Friday in Denver.

Jeff Peckman, who is pushing a ballot initiative to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission in Denver to prepare the city for close encounters of the alien kind, said the video is authentic and convinced him that aliens exist.

"As impressive as it is, it's still one tiny portion in the context of a vast amount of peripheral evidence," he said Wednesday. "It's really the final visual confirmation of what you already know to be true having seen all the other evidence."

When Peckman went before city officials this month to discuss his proposed ET initiative, he promised to show the video.

Peckman said the general public will have to wait to see it because it's being included in a documentary by Stan Romanek.

"No one will be allowed to film the segment with the extraterrestrial because there is an agreement in place limiting that kind of exposure during negotiations for the documentary," he said.

But people won't have to wait too long to see it for themselves.

"There is an open, public meeting in about a month in Colorado Springs," Peckman said. "We'll hope to do one in Denver at some point, and then in a few months, there will be the documentary that anybody can have, and it'll have the footage."

An instructor at the Colorado Film School in Denver scrutinized the video "very carefully" and determined it was authentic, Peckman said.

Peckman, 54, said the video was among the reasons he was "compelled" to launch the proposed ballot initiative, which has generated news as far as South Africa.

"It shows an extraterrestrial's head popping up outside of a window at night, looking in the window, that's visible through an infrared camera," he said. The alien is about 4 feet tall and can be seen blinking, Peckman said earlier this month.

In a statement, Peckman said "other related credible evidence" proving aliens exist will be shown at Friday's news conference, too.

In 2003, Peckman authored an off-beat ballot initiative that would have required the city to implement stress-reduction techniques. The "Safety Through Peace" initiative failed, but garnered 32 percent of the vote.

Ok so if you Google this guy Stan Romanek who allegedly has the documentary of the alien and the UFOs you come up with his website. You have to scroll down to see the links.

http://www.stanromanek.com/

As a bonus you get some really bizarre tales. I mean these are some really wild stories. I love the ones about the alien mental imprinting and writing the alien equations in the dark while asleep. If you're looking for creative entertainment in UFOlogy, you'd be hard-pressed to beat this. I can't wait to see the video.

Fairly well-designed website.

I noticed he has a literary agent as well, and the site is sponsored by "UFO Think Tank".

Would be interesting to spend a few hours poking around and learning more about the guy and who supports him.

"In some cases infrared radiation transmits through a surface. An example would be thin (1 to 10 mil) plastic, regardless of the color. Infrared radiation does not transmit through glass in the 7 to 15 micron bandwidth. This means an IR camera cannot pick up radiation from objects on the other side of glass."
From Here

Infrared through glass? Wonder how he does that?

Although I love the entertainment value of people like Romanek, I am actually quite conflicted about it because it's people like this who are actually destroying the legitimate study of the ariel phenomena going on in our skies. The press (and many of us) have become so jaded by the John Lear's and the Dan Burisch's and the Stan Romanek's and countless others who have taken front and center stage with completely surreal alternate realities of their own creation. It's hard to bring a legitimate discussion to the government or the press because they will rightfully be thinking first, "Is this guy mentally ill or a hoaxster?"

So these days, any young person growing up who sees his first glowing orb or black triangle with weird non-FAA lighting and hits the web curious for some answers runs into this fringe element almost immediately. The more you explore the more nuttiness you find so if you're that kid you say, "Maybe I'm going crazy and I didn't see what I thought I saw. I don't want to end up like them." So you keep to yourself.

I actually think we have now probably millions who've seen unexplained technology in our skies and we still can't investigate it with any seriousness. We could even have mass sightings by thousands over a major U.S. city and we can't discuss it. Oops, I'm sorry we've already had that. We can't discuss it with any legitimacy at all because the thread of our national discussion has been completely hijacked by the fringe.
