ha ha, that was great!

Well now you see what you wanna be
Just have your party on TV
'Cause the man from Mars won't eat up bars when the TV's on
And now he's gone back up to space
Where he won't have a hassle with the human race
And you hip-hop, and you don't stop
Just blast off, sure shot
'Cause the man from Mars stopped eatin' cars and eatin' bars
And now he only eats guitars, get up!
Men go and come but Earth abides.

Hopefully just about anything from this band counts as sci-fi, if only for the style of music they play. So here we go then. The last time they performed together on stage with Roger Waters, at Live 8 In Hyde Park, London in 2005. This was the final song of their set.

R.I.P. Sid. And Richard Wright.

King Crimson's "21st Century Schitzoid Man" ... any version.

"In the year 2525" by Zager and Evans is also pretty cool ... went to No. 1 in the U.K. in 1969.

Good times ...
