well lets hope it doesn't turn out like the stanley fulham prediction thread and subsequent new york "sightings" threads that happened over on ats!.....

it started off as everyone having a bit of a laugh and joke about nothing happening and most people taking the proverbial p out of the predictions, low and behold how those very same people changed into hysterical believers the moment some rather nefarious people decided to start their ufo retweet campaign that just happened to coincide with a balloon release and jason diamonds fake and unconnected picture!.

then those very same people then made things far worse by watching planes on earthcam and totally misinterpreted what was happening due to having absolutely no previous experience/knowledge or understanding of the planes flightpaths or the earthcams refresh rate! or watching a 3d environment on a 2d plane and the consequent illusions this causes!.

oh what a day! roll on december 22nd 2012!!. :shock: :mrgreen:
