Moore's "Aviary" - The Players

Below, I have listed all of the codenames which William Moore admitted creating in his communications with government "insiders". He created these code names as a way to refer to these individuals and also protect their true identities. The complete list of the alleged Aviary is as follows. Remember, in some way, each of these people were involved in filtering information to ufologists - much of which was later proven to be untrue, or outright hoaxed.

Bill Moore himself, was considered to be part of the "disinfo" machinery, and is now included on the list of disinfo "Aviary" agents.

The Aviary is believed to be comprised of:

Bruce Maccabee (Seagull) - Well-known Naval photograhic expert who
verified the authenticity of the Gulf Breeze photos, a MUFON
consultant and member of the Board of Directors of the Fund for UFO
Research.

Hal Puthoff, PhD. (Owl) - Physicist with the Institute for Advanced
Research in Austin, Texas who specializes in Zero-Point Energy, a
quantum phenomenon that could provide "free energy." Puthoff was once
involved in remote-viewing experiments at the Stanford Research
Institute.

Dale Graff (Raven) - Performed contract oversight for the DIA at
Wright Patterson AFB. Most recently, Graff was the chief of the DIA's
Defense Technology/Special department. Rumored to be an abductee, and
involved in "black magic" and psychotronic programs at Los Alamos, but
fired recently by DIA. Smith says that Graff is the head of the
"military" UFO working group at Los Alamos.

Jack Vorona (bird name unknown) - Vorona is apparently the most covert
of all the Birds. He is believed to have been a liason between Capitol
Hill and Los Alamos. Was once involved in Project Sleeping Beauty, an
attempt to disable enemy troops using electromagnetic radiation.
Vorona has recently "vanished," and his present whereabouts are
unknown.

Richard Doty (Falcon) - Former AFOSI agent. Directly involved in the
Bennewitz affair, and the attempt to funnel UFO information (or
disinformation) concerning UFO briefing documents for the President to
Linda Moulton Howe. Allegedly responsible for leaking bogus UFO
reports while in AFOSI at Kirtland AFB. Currently employed by the New
Mexico state police stationed in ******, New Mexico.

Christopher "Kit" Green MD, PhD. (Bluejay) - Pelican's predecessor at
the "Wierd Desk" at CIA. According to Smith, Green at one time had
autopsy reports and photos of a UFO that crashed in a foreign country.
Dr. Green is currently the chief of the Biomedical Sciences Dept. for
General Motors. The CIA awarded him the National Intelligence Medal
for his work on a classified project during the period 1979 to 1983.

Robert Collins (Condor) - Former Captain, USAF. Involved in the
Bennewitz affair, and probably participated in the scheme (with
Richard Doty) to release UFO information/ disinformation to Linda
Moulton Howe at Kirtland AFB.

Ernie Kellerstraus (Hawk) - While working at Wright Patterson AFB in
the '70s, he along with Bob Collins and Dale Graff are said to have
supplied information to William Moore. Kellerstraus is rumored to have
lived with an alien for a while (?), and is probably the source for
the story concerning the aliens' preference for "strawberry ice
cream".

Scott Jones (Chickadee) - Well-connected, well-funded (by Laurence
Rockefeller) head of the Human Potential Foundation. Former aid to
Sen. Claiborne Pell, who has had a long-standing interest in UFOs and
the paranormal. Jones is a MUFON Consultant with numerous highly
placed government sources who consistently finds "no interest by
government in UFOs."

Bill Moore - (bird name unknown) - This former Minnesota school teacher
may have initiated a new regime in regards to ufology by the
publication of "The Roswell Incident." This in itself may have been
the single event that began the stripping away of decades of
well-guarded UFO secrecy. His involvement in the Aviary seems to be
either one of active coordination of the other Birds, or simply as a
dupe, such as in the Bennewitz affair.

John Alexander (Penquin) - Former colonel in Army Intelligence
(INSCOM). Rumored to be involved in the Army's UFO research. Member of
the board of directors of Psi Tech. Currently, head of "non-lethal"
weapons program (see "Secret Conference" article) at Los Alamos. Said
to be briefing Vice President Gore on the UFO phenomenon and psi
projects.

"Pelican," PhD - Pelican is a physicist with the CIA's Directorate of
Science and Technology, who mans the "Wierd Desk" (UFOs, etc) at CIA.

I've seen alot of documentation, from the web basically, on this bird nest thing.

It seems to be all over the place on who belonged, where it started, who started it, so on.

Does anyone really know, because I think the disinfo folks are up to it again

Which is it, Government appointed, or disgruntled gov employee's with disclosure info they want out and they created bird name's,or both

I have seen other names on a list, that i will try and find again, they are different that those listed here.

Some were for the cover-up, now it's time for disclosure. It seems only the names have changed from document to document to protect the guilty

I would agree, there are a few on the list of the aviary who seem to be involved in some respects with the Serpo story. We'll discuss those a little further in the Serpo forum.

Fantastic points and glad you brought them up so quickly - the Aviary is very much a part of what's going on in the alleged disclosure activities today!

* BUZZARD(?): Gordon Novell, reportedly a free-lance man, and more recently reportedly involved in New (Zero Point) Energy schemes, and tied to Bob Bigelow, a shadowy Las Vegas casinos operator who reportedly is investigating alleged ET energy technology and titanium aluminide mettalurgy for their investment potential.

* FALCON; Sgt. Richard "Dick" Doty, USAF (Ret.); Special Agent, Air Force Office of Special Investigations; reported to have engaged in UFO disinformation projects, including reportedly hoaxing TV producer Linda Howe concerning availability of a tape showing a UFO landing at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. and allegedly waging psychological warfare on Albuquerque defense electronic contractor Paul Bennewitz.

* HARRIER(?): Dale Graff, UFO-related technology specialist [alleged by

* WOODPECKER(?): Jaime Shandera, a small-time Hollywood film producer, who reportedly is associated with William Moore. Shandera alleged that he had mysteriously received film containing the "MJ-12 documents" at his door one day from source(s) unknown. (Moore is considered by some to be the author of the MJ-12 disinformation papers.) Shandera was featured on the 1989 Kodak Television UFO documentary, 'UFO Cover-Up Live'. Shandera is reported to be, along with Scott Jones and Dan Smith, one of the theologically-oriented and pro-UFO-disclosure "Progressives" among the Aviary.

Leaked reports from sources close to some Aviary members, suggest that there is a split within the group (which may well mirror a split within PI-40). On one side are Aviary members who feel that information about UFO and ET contacts should be broadly disclosed. They feel that the public is ready for this information and generally can handle it. Others within the Aviary resist such disclosure. They do not want to lose the power their "information monopoly" gives them. They do not welcome close public scrutiny of their role in the UFO cover-up, either. Additionally, some have reportedly engaged in illegal and sometimes injurious projects and operations. The split over disclosure is creating a climate in which leaks are increasing, as some try to force disclosure and establish a track record for themselves of (belated) candor with the American public. Most Aviary members appear to be well- intentioned scientists or former military or intelligence officers with careers spanning the Cold War, who no doubt sincerely believe that secrecy about UFOs was once vital.

YES, I knew I had seen something like that before, I forgot about the PI-40. And now that I see it again, wasn' t there also something about the MJ-12 connecting the two That is PI-40 (MJ-12) and the Aviary. Like overlap within the two. I think MJ-12 infiltrated the Aviary to "Keep tabs on it and undercontrol" I believe this is what I remember. I'm still looking for the web page to find out where I found this:?

I just read the two, and other than the "2006", all seems to be the same, none of the "flock" have had their identities changed. even the info is the same for each. maybe, I have not seen this site in a while, it was auto updated
