Section 313.1(a) of the Penal Code (EXHIBIT HARMFUL MATTER TO A MINOR), is a felony.

The felony conviction of the violation of Section 313.1(a) which ocurred "on and about 16th day of February 2001" is detailed in Case Number ORH0532401.

Do you have any information of exactly what this harmful matter is? Any links for me to look at? I ask because I have read a similar story, but that the subject matter being given to the minor wasnt really that offense or harmful in some peoples views.

Sure - I can give you more details via PM if you like. I believe Shawnna has the 2001 records, the conviction, so she might be able to provide more.

Please send me that information if you dont mind. I have been searching with no luck so far and I am trying to verify what another source has told me of his felony charges and what the harmful matter actually is.

I'm sure he knows the actual evidence, as well as the minor's name are not available via public record request so he can pretty much claim whatever he thinks will make him look more palatable and no one will be the wiser.

Actually - he claims what he thinks people aren't going to check out for themselves. Shawnna - her name (the victim) certainly is there, for the 2003 case I think it's page 3 or 4, have another read....

The case files available to the public do not include any specific details of the evidence presented. And the pages of the case files have all been posted, I believe.
